Sample Projects- ...just to get you thinking...

1. Whitefish Bay Ecoshake Reroofing: This is a reroofing project involving a simulated cedar shake made from recycled milk bottles, vinyl and wood waste.  They look fantastic and have a 50 yr. warranty.

       

2. Riverwest gut-job:  This is a project involving stripping all roof and siding, weatherproofing, reroofing (steel), residing (cedar shake and fiber-cement), whole house window replacements (Pella Impervia), solar-powered gable fan and the removal and rebuilding of a front lower and upper deck (recycled-content composite decking).   Interior kitchen and bathroom demolished to accommodate install of cork flooring, non-formaldehyde batt insulation, low-flow fixtures, dual-flush toilet, no-VOC paints, etc.

        

3.  Bayview rainbarrel install and deck rebuild:  In this project gutters were added to an existing garage and repitched on an existing home so four rain barrels could be installed on stands.  An existing decrepit deck was demolished and a new one built of composite decking (Trex) was put up.
