WEST BEND CONSERVATION SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT

Pragmatic Construction is participating in the development of a proposed multi-family residential development, including the development of up to two proposed model homes, for a property located on nearly 300 acres near West Bend, Wisconsin.  The purpose of our services is to identify building methods, systems and products that will meet the sustainability goals for the project.  Our analysis will be designed to be consistent with LEED for Homes certification criteria and adaptable to eventual model home designs.

CITY OF RACINE SUSTAINABLE URBAN REDEVELOPMENT

Pragmatic Construction has been retained by the City of Racine to develop a conceptual plan for residential redevelopment at 1014 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, in Racine, Wisconsin. The property comprises approximately one city-block.  The specific intent of our services is to identify "green" design, planning strategies and building methods that can guide a more sustainable approach to redevelopment of the site.   Services will include:

  • Developing a master site plan

  • Creating a list of specifications designed to optimize green systems, methods, and products that are both affordable and adaptable to the residences proposed for the site.  This analysis will be designed to be consistent with LEED for Homes certification criteria
